Week #61 - 'Ruffled Up'

Hello my shabby friends and welcome to another fun week of inspiration and creativity here in the Tea Room!  This week brings Danielle as our lovely host and she has chosen this beautiful photo as inspiration ...



... and asks that we create a card or project based on the inspiration photo and use RUFFLES!  You can make ruffles from ribbon or paper or trims ... whatever inspires you!  (You need not use the colors in the inspiration photo unless you feel inspired by them).
