Week #52 - 'Luck of the Irish'

Welcome Friends ... so happy you are here!!  This week Cathy is our creative host and she has chosen the theme of  'Luck of the Irish' for us to design with along with this beautiful inspiration photo ...

... and Cathy asks that you design a card or project using GREEN!

Note: Because we are sponsored weekly by wonderful businesses who have graciously donated products and in the interest of fairness to all participants, any entries that do not follow our simple challenge rules will remain in the gallery but will not be eligible for the weekly prizes. Thanks for your understanding and participation!

I am pleased to introduce you all to this week's Guest Designer - Michelle Bala!  Michelle earned this Guest Designer spot for her win during Week #43 in the Tea Room - 'Welcome to 2011'! Michelle has continued to WOW us with her inspirational designs each week and has even earned one of the {new} month-long Guest Designer spots for the month of May!

Michelle Bala -  My Passion For Crafting

And ... INTRODUCING a BRAND NEW feature beginning this March in the Tea Room -- MONTH-LONG GUEST DESIGNER SPOTS - yippiee!  We had so many fabulous entries for our most recent Design Team Call that is was impossible to narrow all of the gorgeousness down to just two positions.   After giving it some careful thought and consulting with the Design Team girlies, we decided to invite a few designers that are regulars here in the Tea Room and who submitted exceptionally beautiful application projects to Guest Design with the Shabby Girls for a month at a time -- FUN!  Please help me welcome our very first month-long Guest Designer ... Deb Saaranen!

Deb Saaranen - Dream In Color

Do you want to be the next Month-Long Guest Designer with the Shabby Girls?  It's very simple to apply ... simply participate in our weekly challenges and WOW us with your projects!  The Shabby Girls might be calling on you to be the next Month-Long Guest Designer!!!  Stay tuned :)

Ohhh...gorgeous cards again this week. Great challenge, I don't use that much green normally so it makes a lovely change from my girlie pink cards! Wedgie xxx

I used green as one of the colours, I hope it's ok since didn't specify whether it needs to be a monochromatic green card. Thank you for another fun week!
