Week #77 - 'Birthstones'

Hello shabby friends and welcome to another fun week of inspiration and creativity here in the Tea Room!  This week Pattie is our host and she has chosen the theme of 'Birthstones' along with this fun photo for inspiration ...

... and Pattie asks that we create a card or project inspired by the color of YOUR birthstone ... be sure to tell us which is your birthstone in your blog post too!

Note: Because we are sponsored weekly by wonderful businesses who have graciously donated products and in the interest of fairness to all participants, any entries that do not follow our simple challenge rules will remain in the gallery but will not be eligible for the weekly prizes. Thanks for your understanding and participation!

I am pleased to introduce you all to this week's Guest Designer, Kylie Kueter - Inkling's From Kylie's Craftroom!  Kylie earned this Guest Designer spot for her win during Week #67 - 'Classic Patterns'!

And our August Special MONTH-LONG Guest Designer ... please welcome Andrea Ewen - Ewen Style!

Do you want to be the next Month-Long Guest Designer with the Shabby Girls?  It's as simple as participating in our weekly challenges and WOW-ing us with your projects!  The Shabby Girls might be calling on YOU to be the next Month-Long Guest Designer!!!

The Shabby Girls are pleased to welcome our sponsor this week - Pink Persimmon!

Pink Persimmon is owned by sisters Darcy McNairy and Judi Andersen.
"We love stamping and crafting together.  It all started with our very creative Grandma Lottie who helped foster a love of all types of needlework and crafts.  Time spent together with our Grandma is something that we both remember clearly, sitting by her side as she stitched on linen towels, or made adorable felt Christmas ornaments."   Judi is the creative director for Pink Persimmon and she brings a fun vintage style to her stamp designs.  Darcy runs the business side, so they make a great team together.   All their stamps are made in the
USA with a high quality clear photopolymer material.  You won't be disappointed with the quality  of these stamps.

The lucky winner of this week's challenge will receive a $40 gift certificate to the Pink Persimmon Shop!

Link your creations below by Sunday, September 4th to play along. Winner and Tea Time Terrific Top Three will be announced Monday, September 5th. We will have an all-new challenge for you to play along with on the 5th as well, so please come back and visit with us again for another chance to win!
